Who May Open a kix8 Account

To register for and use a kix8 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are registering as an individual for your own personal use and are not acting on behalf of any third party.
• You have provided accurate, complete, and truthful registration information and agree to update it promptly if any details change.
• You are not aware of any reason why your participation in online gaming would be unlawful in your jurisdiction.

kix8 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account that does not meet these eligibility requirements at any time. Age verification is a mandatory part of the KYC process applied to every account. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all funds forfeited, and the matter may be referred to appropriate authorities.

Registration Requirements

Each Member may hold only one active account on kix8. Duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including:

• Full legal name as it appears on your National Identity Card.
• Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• A valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh to which you have sole and exclusive access.
• A password of sufficient strength chosen solely by you and kept confidential at all times.

KYC Verification Process

kix8 requires all Members to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before withdrawals are enabled and to access certain higher-tier deposit limits. KYC verification requires the submission of a clear photograph or scan of a valid National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission. kix8 may also request additional supporting documents, including proof of address or source of funds, where required by the platform's compliance procedures.

kix8 reserves the right to suspend a Member's ability to withdraw funds pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period following a request from kix8 may result in account suspension and, where applicable, return of the Member's net deposited funds less any processing charges incurred by kix8.

Deposit Rules

Deposits to your kix8 account are processed via the following Bangladesh-based payment channels:

• bKash — minimum deposit ৳500 per transaction.
• Nagad — minimum deposit ৳500 per transaction.
• Rocket — minimum deposit ৳500 per transaction.
• Upay — minimum deposit ৳500 per transaction.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals from your kix8 account are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.
• KYC-verified withdrawals are processed within approximately 3 hours during normal operating hours. Processing times may extend during periods of high volume or system maintenance.
• kix8 reserves the right to request additional verification documents prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly for large or unusual withdrawal requests.

kix8 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Funds will only be disbursed to payment methods registered in the Member's own name and verified during the KYC process. Any attempt to withdraw funds to an account that does not belong to the registered Member will be declined and may trigger a compliance review.

General Bonus Terms

kix8 offers various promotional bonuses to Members, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions and VIP reward programmes. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to the Member's bonus wallet and may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• The welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is applied to the Member's first qualifying deposit only. Subsequent deposits do not attract the welcome bonus.
• Bonuses are personal to the Member and may not be transferred, shared, or otherwise assigned to another person or account.
• kix8 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of any dispute regarding bonus terms or eligibility, kix8's decision is final and binding.

Bonus Abuse and Fraudulent Claims

kix8 employs automated and manual systems to detect patterns of bonus abuse, arbitrage, and fraudulent promotional activity. The following behaviours are classified as bonus abuse and will result in immediate account action up to and including permanent closure:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed specifically to drain bonus balances without genuine gameplay intent.
• Providing false personal information to qualify for a promotional offer or to circumvent eligibility checks.

Casino Games

All casino games available on kix8 are supplied by independently certified third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt and Microgaming. Each game operates according to its own published rules, which are displayed within the game interface. By launching a game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers under studio supervision.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game round, kix8 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and, where possible, restore the game to its last verifiable state. kix8 cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to games and accepts no liability for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control. Incomplete game rounds due to connectivity issues on the Member's side are the Member's responsibility.

Sports and Cricket Betting

kix8 offers pre-match and live betting markets on cricket and other sports events. The following conditions apply to all sports betting activity on kix8:

• Odds are subject to change at any time prior to the settlement of a bet. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, the odds at the time of acceptance are locked in.
• kix8 reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are cancelled, abandoned, or whose result cannot be officially verified.
• Maximum bet limits and payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed within the betting interface and are subject to change.

Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kix8 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using or attempting to use any automated betting software, bot, crawler, script, or artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated live casino betting strategies.
• Using a kix8 account to launder funds derived from illegal activities, or to process payments on behalf of any third party.
• Registering with false, stolen, or fabricated identity information or documents.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the kix8 platform or any game. Any Member who discovers a bug or error must report it to kix8 support immediately and must not exploit it.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing kix8 staff, live dealers, or other Members through any communication channel associated with kix8.

kix8 maintains detailed transaction logs and game records. Evidence of prohibited conduct will be used to support account closure decisions and, where appropriate, disclosed to relevant authorities.

Grounds for Suspension or Closure

kix8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment instruments.
• A Member's voluntary request to self-exclude, close their account, or take a cooling-off period.

Upon permanent account closure for cause (i.e., due to breach of T&C or fraud), kix8 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, including cash balances, bonus balances, and any pending withdrawal amounts. Upon voluntary closure by the Member, kix8 will process a final withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance net of applicable fees within a reasonable period, provided KYC is complete.

Ownership of Content

No content from the kix8 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, reused, or republished in any form without the prior written consent of kix8.

The kix8 brand name, logo, and all associated marks are proprietary to kix8. Unauthorised use of kix8's trademarks or branding in any context — including on social media, third-party websites, or in printed materials — is prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

Scope of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kix8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, whether arising under contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if kix8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

kix8's aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation of liability applies to the maximum extent permitted by law and does not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by kix8's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
