Legal Obligation
kix8 is required by applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and platform compliance standards to collect KYC documents, verify Member identities, retain transaction records, and report certain suspicious activity. Processing for these purposes is mandatory and cannot be refused by a Member without affecting their ability to use the platform.

6. Payment Data and Financial Information
kix8 does not store complete payment instrument credentials on its own servers. When you make a deposit or withdrawal using bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay, the transaction is processed directly by the relevant mobile financial service provider. kix8 retains only the transaction reference number, the payment channel identifier (your mobile wallet number in masked form), the transaction amount, and the timestamp — the minimum information needed to maintain accurate account records and resolve any disputes.

The following general retention periods apply: account data and KYC documents are retained for the duration of your membership and for a minimum of five years following account closure; transaction and financial records are retained for a minimum of five years from the date of each transaction; gameplay and betting records are retained for three years; customer support communications are retained for two years; technical and usage data (logs) are retained for twelve months.
Where data is no longer required for any of the above purposes and no legal obligation requires its continued retention, kix8 will securely delete or anonymise the data. Data that has been anonymised (so that it can no longer be attributed to any identifiable individual) may be retained indefinitely for aggregated statistical and analytical purposes.
9. Data Security
kix8 implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, or disclosure. Where a request is complex or numerous, we may extend this period by a further 30 days, in which case we will inform you of the extension and the reason for it.
11. Minors and Age Restriction
The kix8 platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. kix8 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. Age verification is a mandatory step in the KYC process, and any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all associated data deleted, except where retention is required for legal compliance purposes. Continued use of the kix8 platform following any update to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
